At the Shoreby Club, our private events team is ready to help you plan your next event. We are one of the only venues with unobstructed lakefront views. Our club provides a variety of beautiful private dining rooms along with both indoor and outdoor event spaces for all occasions. With the breathtaking views of Lake Erie, exceptional service, and quality cuisine, your event is sure to bring memories that will last a lifetime. Although membership or sponsorship by a member is required to hold an event at Shoreby, our professional staff works with you though each step to ensure every detail of your event is absolutely perfect.

Weddings

For 25 years, the Shoreby Club has stood atop all other Cleveland wedding venues. With its spectacular panoramic views of Lake Erie and its tradition of excellent service, the Shoreby Club has been the Cleveland wedding reception site of choice for brides and grooms who want the very best.   
 
Whether your wedding is going to be intimate or extravagant, our experienced team of Wedding and Private Events planners are ready to help you with every detail and make sure your day is absolutely flawless.  Every detail of your wedding is customized to reflect your individual style and taste, incorporating exquisite food and stellar service that will “wow” your guests. 

CEREMONY

On the shores of Lake Erie, the Bluff is the unparalleled spot to exchange vows. Between the views of the lake and the Mansion this classic look is ideal for any wedding. 

COCKTAIL HOUR 

Enjoy cocktail hour with your guests on both the lakeside Buff, and inside the historic Mather Mansion. This timeless mansion is the perfect elegant and welcoming atmosphere for your big day. 

RECEPTION

The newly constructed Sunset Pavilion is an elegant reception space with incredible lake views. This space can become whatever you dream it to be. This space can accommodate up to 230 people.

Corporate Events

With an array of professional and collaborative spaces, the Shoreby Club is the worry-free space to host your next corporate event or business meeting. The Sunset Pavilion can hold up to 250 people and is equipped with all the A/V equipment required to successfully bring your event to life (see below for more details). In all other event spaces, two portable televisions are available for flexible viewing options. Hosting your meeting or event with us allows you to concentrate on what truly matters, without the hassle of managing the details. Shoreby Club is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Cleveland and 20 minutes from the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.

Banquets

Celebrate or gather with your community by hosting your next Banquet with us. With exquisite cuisine and unobstructed lakefront views, this is the best place to come together. Hosting a banquet at the Shoreby Club will be full of celebration, elegance, customization, and culinary delight.

From anniversary parties to private dinners and seminars, we can accommodate any event you are looking to host, providing a customizable experience tailored to your needs. We provide everything you need to impress your colleagues, inspire your employees, and “wow” your guests. Our private events team will help you coordinate all the details, from food to decoration and entertainment; our staff will ensure your event is truly memorable.
